Reiki Level I One Day Intensive
Reiki Level I class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Techniques for offering Reiki treatments to friends, family, and pets will be taught, Each participant receives an attunement which is a sacred ritual connecting the person to universal life force energy. The attunement opens and aligns your chakras to the Reiki energy. Upon conclusion of each level of training, a certificate of completion is provided.

We will be concentrating on the Heart Chakra in this month’s meditation
Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation. It is a science-based spirituality practice that has been used for generations to awaken the inner self, to help increase awareness, and to connect with Source.
