This mystical practice came through Maya’s channel from the One known as The Magdalene in 2020. In 2021, Maya was guided to share this practice, and create the manuscript: The 8 Points of Awareness Guidebook. This illuminating practice uses light touch, along with simple breath work, to help align the physical and subtle bodies. The Magdalene described the 8 Points as “an invitation to be with your embodiment…that you may experience a deeper integrity, connectivity, and wholeness.” Each class will begin with a brief review of the overall practice, a demonstration of the points and breath, and applications of two sacred blends used in the practice: Oil of Magdalene and Rose Otto dilution. Maya will guide us through the practice, as we welcome The Magdalene frequencies and step into the sacred space of this practice.
