Personal Sound Bath or Sound Massage w/ Julie Schwerer

We are so happy to announce that Julie Schwerer has joined the Sacred Souls Family! Julie is a Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Vibrational Sound Practitioner and Substance Use Disorder Counselor, CASAC Advanced in New York. Julie will be offering personal Vibrational Sound Baths and Sound Massages.

Julie has observed first-hand the healing power of sound vibration techniques in cases of trauma, stress and physical and emotional pain. She integrates a wide variety of instruments for a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves using koshi chimes, ocean wave drum, Reiki buffalo drum, wind gong, bronze Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowl, quartz crystal singing pyramid, tubular chimes, Tibetan bell and tingsha cymbals.

If you haven’t tried a Sound Massage, you are in for a treat! Vibrational Sound Massage works through the actual contact of the Singing bowls and the human body. The bowls are placed on specific areas of the body. These therapeutic singing bowls provide stress relief through extreme relaxation.
