Meditating on the Chakras can help us to regulate our mental and emotional state making it easier to overcome patterns, outdated beliefs or habits that no longer serve us in a positive or healthy way.

We will be resting on the floor for this meditation so please bring whatever you need to make yourself comfortable: a mat, small blanket or beach towel to lay down on; something small to place under your head to support your neck; if you have difficulties with your back, you can bring a bolster or roll for under your knees; and if you wish, you may also bring an eye mask or eye pillow to completely relax and enjoy the experience!
